You leave a request via the website, Emmy, by phone, or through a messaging app.

We clarify your concerns and schedule a consultation at a time that works for you.
2.Doctor’s consultation
We’ll listen carefully and ask follow-up questions.

We don’t rush you or make appointments “just in case.” We explain everything in plain language and work with you to determine the next steps: testing, treatment, or preventive care.
3.Checkups (if necessary)
We’ll refer you for tests or diagnostics—
either at our clinic or at a lab of your choice.

We work exclusively with trusted partners and will help you interpret the results.
4.Personal plan
You receive a clear and straightforward plan.

It may include: a treatment plan, dietary recommendations, lifestyle advice, and referrals to other specialists.
5.Support and Observing
You won’t be left to handle your assignments on your own.

We’ll stay in touch via Emmy to adjust your plan, answer questions, or offer support. If needed, we’ll schedule a follow-up consultation.
